Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Accurately scan and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Dearborn facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Availability for 3+ month commitment
