Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our management system.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
