Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or manual labor as required.
- Sort and organize stock in the warehouse to optimize efficiency and accessibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
