Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and daily operations accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and excellent attendance record.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends or overtime as needed.
