Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort, pack, and organize products in the warehouse.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with packing orders for shipment and staging materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
