Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products onto and off pallets, trucks, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package, seal, and label items for shipment, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all 5S guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and data entry accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Assist with quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
