Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
