What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage before processing.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear, shelves organized, and the workspace clean and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to get to our Atlanta location.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
