Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Process shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
- Pass background check and drug screening
