Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design specs.
- Maintain a consistent design system and ensure accessibility standards are met across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a contract or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating UI design and interaction design skills.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
