Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first responsive designs
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
