Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with certification
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe working environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 48 hours
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Ave location
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
