Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and manual material handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones/tablets
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
