Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not always required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (for warehouse roles) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
