Responsibilities

- Coordinate complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data integrity across CRM platforms
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist in preparation of executive presentations and board materials
- Support special projects including market research and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in corporate or agency environments
