Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including printers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations and software applications.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system accurately and timely.
- Respond to incoming support requests and prioritize them based on urgency and impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to identify recurring technical problems and implement preventative solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
