Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
