Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Assist in the deployment and migration of new IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the senior engineering team.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
