Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Manage and track incoming support tickets using the Help Desk software.
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and printer configuration.
- Perform basic system maintenance and updates as directed by the client.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when assisting diverse user groups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime during critical system implementations.
