Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security protocols.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to document technical procedures and updates.
- Perform regular system maintenance and software updates.
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a temp role.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
