We're seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional IT support services across our Indianapolis operations. This is a time-sensitive contract position requiring immediate availability for on-site and remote support.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user issues within SLA timeframes
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across multiple departments
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and SCCM
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and possess valid driver's license
