Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and network equipment
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Document technical solutions and maintain service desk ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues
- Conduct system audits and implement security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
