Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and security permissions
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Support cloud migration projects including Azure and O365 environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- A+ certification and cloud certification (AWS/Azure) highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
