Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Create detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system upgrades
- Manage user access controls and security protocols
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical business systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Immediate availability for on-site work in Fort Worth
