Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across diverse client environments
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint security solutions
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system outages
- Conduct system audits and optimize IT performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
