Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with federal standards
- Prepare detailed project documentation and status reports
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with government contracts
- PMP or CompTIA Project+ certification required
- Expertise in cloud migration and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong familiarity with DoD/NIST compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
