Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet productivity targets in fast-paced, weekend-only schedule
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to Dallas Commerce District
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
