Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and dock operations
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Arch Street facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
