Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and accurately process incoming shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper techniques
- Complete required documentation and reporting tasks
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Pacific Coast Highway facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass pre-employment background check
