Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to track stock levels and verify shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
