- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners or manual systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to North Fort Worth facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
