Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Reliable transportation and punctuality mandatory

- Strong communication skills in English
