Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in organized warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our South Austin location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional assistance
