Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and stock rotation
- Complete daily quality checks on products
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
