Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and meeting logistics
- Handle confidential data entry, filing, and document management with 99% accuracy
- Support project coordination through calendar management and deadline tracking
- Assist in onboarding processes for new temporary staff members
- Perform light bookkeeping duties and expense report reconciliation
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate supply procurement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) a plus
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
