- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for leadership team
- Maintain confidential HR records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative support experience in tech or corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Austin-based candidates with local transportation preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR) a strong plus
