Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays according to brand standards
- Support team goals by driving sales through upselling and product recommendations
- Participate in brief daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
