Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at conferences, trade shows, and special events
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Assist with registration, badge distribution, and attendee guidance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout event areas
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassador initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in fast-paced settings
