Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency for data entry.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
