As a Temporary IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients' technical needs, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person (Helpdesk).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
  • Assist with the deployment of new workstations, software installations, and user onboarding.
  • Manage ticket queues using ITSM tools and document all incidents and resolutions accurately.

Qualifications
