Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, including printer configurations and network connectivity.
- Manage and track help desk tickets efficiently using Jira or ServiceNow.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patches on assigned workstations.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to implement temporary solutions for urgent project needs.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the company knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, temporary environment.
