Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Assist with the loading, unloading, and sorting of goods and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Inventory Support: Help with basic inventory counts, tagging, and organizing stock to ensure accuracy in our supply chain.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Setup: Assemble and disassemble crates, pallets, and other packaging materials as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to commute to the El Paso facility.
- Communication: Basic English skills to understand safety instructions and communicate with team members.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
