Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory documentation
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and quality control checks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Drive facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
