Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ users across multiple sites
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise software
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN) using Wireshark/SolarWinds
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software escalations
- Support endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in SCCM/MEM deployment and management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
- Austin-based with reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
