Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling complex domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and conference logistics
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for department
- Lead onboarding and administrative onboarding for new hires
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive support experience in professional services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive situations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Active US security clearance preferred
