Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Sort, file, and manage physical and digital documents with strict attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding daily progress and any data anomalies.
- Perform routine clerical tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Assist in organizing files and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and data security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Must possess a typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (Monday – Friday) for the duration of the assignment.
