Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and reconcile data into company databases and CRM systems.
- Manage digital filing systems and organize physical archives to ensure easy retrieval.
- Generate, format, and proofread reports, invoices, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Cross-reference data to identify discrepancies and rectify errors immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
