Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Assist with basic office logistics, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal staff and external visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative or customer support roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
