Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for department personnel
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for data management and presentation creation
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
