Responsibilities
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Coordinate meetings and maintain executive calendars
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and documentation
- Handle vendor relationships and procurement tasks
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with special projects as assigned by department heads
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or clerical experience
